北京高屋工程咨詢監(jiān)理有限公司成立于1994年6月，是國際工程師聯(lián)合會(FIDIC),中國工程咨詢協(xié)會、中國建設監(jiān)理協(xié)會，北京市工商業(yè)聯(lián)合會、北京市商會會員、北京市工程咨詢協(xié)會理事，北京市建設監(jiān)理協(xié)會常務理事單位。經(jīng)北京市工商管理局核準，公司經(jīng)營范圍包括:建筑招標代理;工業(yè)與民用建筑工程、交通、市政、公用工程的全過程監(jiān)理;工程造價咨詢;工程技術咨詢。具有國家建設部頒發(fā)的房屋建筑工程、市政公用工程監(jiān)理甲級資質。通過了GB/T19001-2008-ISO9001:2008質量管理體系認證、GB/T24001-2004-ISO14001:2004環(huán)境管理體系認證、GB/T28001-2001職業(yè)健康安全管理體系認證。近年來已向全過程項目管理領域拓展，公司嚴格按照制度化、現(xiàn)范化、科學化的要求開展服務工作。公司工程管理、技術力量實力雄厚、專業(yè)門類配套齊全、檢測手段科學、信息現(xiàn)代高效。公司擁有眾多工程管理經(jīng)驗豐富的高、中級專業(yè)人員。其中建筑、結構、道橋、軌道交通、給排水、暖通、強弱電、經(jīng)濟、工程造價各專業(yè)高級工程師、注冊建筑師、結構工程師、注冊造價師、注冊監(jiān)理工程師百余人。所有上崗人員均經(jīng)過正規(guī)培訓并聘請了眾多在建筑設計、施工、建材等方面名望卓著的專家，作為高智能顧問團體。公司實行現(xiàn)代科學管理制度，人員按相應的模塊或專業(yè)化發(fā)展。實行總經(jīng)理領導下的分工負責制，分設五部一室，公司機關與現(xiàn)場項目部協(xié)調(diào)一致，為業(yè)主提供更優(yōu)質的服務，公司也得到了快速發(fā)展。

Beijing Gaowu Engineering Consultation and Supervision Co.,Ltd, was established in the year of 1994, holding with the membership of FIDIC, China National Association Of Engineering Consultants, China Association Of Engineering Consultants, Beijing Federation Of Industry & Commerce, Beijing Municipal Chamber Of Commerce and the executive member of China National Association Of Engineering Consultants and China Association Of Engineering Consultants.
The scope of business include the tender agency consulting service; life-cycle engineering consulting management for industrial and civil construction projects, traffic projects, infrastructure construction projects and public facility projects; budgeting consulting service, engineering technical consulting service, etc.
The company was granted with the class A certification, issued by the National Construction Bureau, in the area of consultation to the building engineering and public infrastructure projects and passed ISO9000 Quality Certification System in 2008, GB/T19001-2008-ISO9001,Envirnmental Quality Certification System in 2004, OHSAS GB/T28001-2001.
The completed project management consulting service to the Clients has become the key business service with the company, through the qualified management process and individuals to satisfy the Cient’s needs and ensure the project to be well controlled and managed in its whole life cycle.
The company has over one hundred professional and senior engineers in field of architecture and civil engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, heating and cooling, high and low voltage, finance and budgeting etc. All the employees are provided with on-board trainings and some recognized experts have been hired as the senior technical consultants for problems solutions.
